Choose a website to diagram. See if you can chart the structure of an existing website using this tool. You could choose a website of one of the departments in the College of the Arts such as the Design Department Website or the Department of Art Website. Click and drag page icons as needed. On icons representing the main pages you can click on the "+" symbol to change colors or the "-" symbol to delete that page icon. Secondary page icons are already pre-color-coded. Use the text field on each page icon to give the page a custom name. Unfortunately you can't save the sitemap you create in this prototype of the Sitemapping Application. To create an image of your work take a screenshot of the sitemap you created and edit it in Photoshop. To take a screenshot you can press the "Print Screen" button on a Windows keyboard or "Command + Shift + #3" on a Macintosh. Let me know what you think of this Sitemapping Application prototype. Send questions, comments, and suggestions to gladden.9@osu.edu. Include a screenshot of your sitemap test in jpeg or gif format.
